My name is Alexandra and I am the Anastasiaweb administrator. My responsibility is to protect the customers' interests. Since we have thousands of clients from various countries, of different age, profession and with different requirement much needs to be done to find the psychological approach to each customer. I am always truly glad when another client finds a lifetime partner with the help of our team. As everybody in our department I had a chance to work with other services and have experience with phone introduction, tours, writing articles and online support service. I agree that to understand customers needs it is important try working with everything. What I do now is consonant to my character and it is a pleasure to have a job like that.
