I was asked to give an evaluation of the tour that I took with Anastasia Web. I will be objective and honest, but please realize that I always see room for improvement for all companies. I believe that companies that look for ways to improve are the same companies that are sought after by savvy consumers. With this in mind, I will begin my evaluation.

I was on tour with your company from 31 March 2004 until 25 April 2004. I visited the cities of St. Petersburg, Moscow, Tver, Odessa, and Kherson. I was able to work with your staff in all of these cities. I was impressed with their knowledge of business and the managing of business.

In St. Petersburg, I was very impressed with the work of Jane. She was very professional and very willing to help us. Jane also made certain that we were well taken care of at all times. She was polite and respectful to our wishes. Since I was new to this whole situation, I did not use Jane, and her expertise, to my benefit. A great lesson learned.

I was impressed with the tours in St. Petersburg. Natasha was very knowledgeable and very friendly in answering our questions. I believe that more tours could be arranged. I think that 3 tours of St. Petersburg are not nearly enough.
