The Church of White Trinity
Overall there are many churches, chapels and temples in Tver; the city even has its own mosque. The church of White Trinity was built in 1564. In the course of centuries the temple was rebuilt several times but it did not lose its grandeur.
Old Bridge
Being the symbol of Tver the bridge is one hundred years old. They say that a bridge just like this typifies this beautiful bridge. The construction seems to be very light and it impresses the city guests by its splendor.
Troykhsvyatskaya
One of the central streets in Tver, Troykhsvyatskaya, looks like Arbat street in Moscow with its small souvenir shops, rows of Russian matreshka, paintings, a number of cafes. The only difference of Tver “Arbat” from Moscow analogue is reasonable prices. This place is very popular with the youth as it is a very good date location.
Monument to Soldiers
There is such a monument nearly in every city because a lot of men were killed during the Second World War. This place is important for the citizens. Brining flowers to this place they honor the memory of fallen heroes. Just married couples consider it to be their duty to come here on the wedding day.
